Dynamo Dresden is the tradition-steeped club from the former GDR. Thanks to its loyal and numerous fans, this club enjoys cult status well beyond the borders of the city. Eight championship titles, seven cup victories and 98 European cup games as well as football legends including Sammer and Kirsten attest to Dynamo’s great sporting past.

The construction of a football-only stadium which meets the demands of the German Bundesliga represented a key step towards a successful future. The new Dresden “football temple” has capacity for 32,500 spectators and includes attractive VIP and box areas for 1,400 guests.  

Dynamo Dresden stands out from the competition as it boasts the biggest TV presence in the 3rd division and the average spectator figures are comparable with those from the 2nd division. Whether TV-relevant nationwide advertising or promotional measures to activate the large fan community – “Dynamo” now offers partners the unique chance to benefit from the new spirit of optimism in the city and region.
